ABOUT Kiddo's

 

Kiddo's was established in 2018 by Vanessa, who has worked in the Childcare industry for 12 years as a Diploma qualified educator working with children 0 - 12 years. "Coming from a childcare background I understand the need for quality care for children that provides a safe and inclusive environment where they feel comfortable and accepted."

Kiddo's is a family operated service and employs educators who are passionate about providing quality childcare and willing to continue learning through professional development. We also have permanent staff for continuity of care.

​

Kiddo's also works hard helping families with children with additional needs attend the service knowing their children are happy and supported. We use our Inclusion Support Plan along with our Inclusion Support Person to offer an inclusive environment with additional educators providing a higher ratio of educators to children than required by childcare regulations.

Health & Safety at Kiddo's OSHC

• we have sun safety practices

• all educators have first aid and child protection training

• educators supervise children effectively

• ensure the environment is smoke, drug and alcohol-free

• have a policy to promote healthy nutrition, including when food is brought from home. We are allergy aware.

Families are encouraged to spend some time at the service and meet our educators and see how we operate.
